Milkybar® & Breakaway® chocolate brownies
This is the chocolate brownie taken to the next level. The white chocolate gives a smoothness of taste and the biscuit adds the crumbly texture. Delicious!

You'll need:
- 185g light buttery spread
- 160g dark chocolate
- 110g plain flour
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 250g caster sugar
- 60g Milkybar®, broken up
- 1 Breakaway® biscuit bar

Preheat oven to 170C/338F/Gas mark 3 and lightly grease or line two 20cm square baking trays.

Place butter, dark chocolate and Milkybar® pieces in a heat resistant bowl in the microwave. Melt for 1 or 2 minutes, checking regularly until melted. (You could also do this in a bowl over hot water.)

Mix together the flour and salt.

Then beat the eggs and vanilla essence together and add the sugar.

Add the chocolate mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Fold in the flour and the broken Breakaway® biscuit.

Pour into the baking tray.

Bake in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.

Once cooked leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
