Recipe

  • 1

Into a bowl break the Milkybar® Block into small pieces.

  • 2

Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water.

  • 3

Keeping the water at a temperature barely simmering, stir the chocolate occasionally until melted. Now remove the bowl from the pan.

  • 4

One by one dip the strawberries into the melted Milkybar® and then leave to cool on a plate.

  • 5

Once all the strawberries are covered in the melted Milkybar® place them in the fridge and leave to set for half an hour.

  • 6

Once the Milkybar® is fully set, with the black writing icing carefully draw 2 small circles for eyes and one large oval for the ghost’s mouth.

  • 7

Leave to set for a further 15 minutes in the fridge.
